Forest Garden Livestream — Solace 1.
Nature Works
Wednesday 25th August, 10am BST
Solace 1.
I’m taking a step back this week on the livestream and setting up the camera somewhere in the forest garden with a view of the Ceri valley in Ceredigion, West Wales.
I might potter around in the background, whatever happens, words will be at a minimum.
The regular 10.30am informal Zoom chat is still on, all are welcome to join in.
View across the misty Ceri valley in what is now the Nuttery

Organic control of knotweed
Growing Greener by Thomas Christopher is my favourite US gardening podcast, with just a vast array of episodes from a whole range of experts. Very similar to my favourite podcast, Sarah Wilson’s Roots & All 🙂.
I had a Growing Greener listening binge recently on a long car journey, and came across An Organic Control for Japanese Knotweed.
I thought I should share this, as the dreaded Japanese Knotweed (Fallopia japonica) is pretty widespread in Wales and I think quite a few other parts of the UK as well. It is edible but please whatever you do, don’t plant it in your forest garden!!!
